Inspired by his grandmothers -- one of whom was Frida Trias, the muse of none other than Cristobal Balenciaga; fashion designer Joaquin Trias' spring 2010 collection was very structured and architectural. This is definitely not clothes for the average woman.
You have to be skinny, and a die hard fashionista to wear. The clothes were very constricted and the models look like they had little room to walk. However, one can appreciate the artistry and the intricacy of each piece. Very sculptural and beautifully draped, each piece was a fantasy in itself. Overall the collection was ok.
